GrowCo Postpartum Rehabilitation Series

HEY NEW MAMAS!

You deserve more than the 6-week checkup with your OB and midwife.

8 sessions over 4 weeks

1-hour classes focusing on: breathwork, postural strengthening, core and pelvic floor awareness, whole body conditioning

Care doesn't stop once you've given birth! As health care professionals, our goal is to make sure you're taking care of your body the right way, by giving you the tools to succeed physically, mentally, and emotionally.

GrowCo Rehab is a series of small-group classes that are evidence-based and doctor-led, aiming to raise the standard of care for women. It is dedicated to providing postpartum women with a sense of community with others in the same boat, while allowing their bodies to heal after they have given birth. 

 

The best part? We encourage you to bring your babes along to these classes! These mommy + baby classes foster an inclusive and non-judgmental environment.

 

These classes provide you with exercises to minimize your risk of developing postpartum complications such as:

  • Persistent diastasis recti

  • Incontinence

  • Low back/pelvic pain

  • Pelvic organ prolapse
