Through completing a minimum of 4,200 hours of extensive training, we are experts in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of conditions related to the musculoskeletal system.

An adjustment (or manipulation) is a controlled movement that is high in velocity, but low in amplitude, and is applied to a specific joint in the body. The goal of an adjustment is to restore movement in the joint, ultimately decreasing pain, increasing mobility, and restoring function. The “popping” sound you might hear is caused by gas bubbles releasing from the joint capsule.
A chiropractic adjustment is a safe and non-invasive approach to restoring function in a joint and is pain-free. In fact, patients report immediate pain relief. However, a small percentage of patients may feel temporary soreness following the adjustment that should resolve quickly.
